| All returns must meet the following conditions... |
| |
- Unwashed, unworn (tried on is ok)
- Clean, free of debris (as received)
- All labels and tags intact (as received)
- Re-placed in original plastic bag
(the purpose of this is to protect the garment on its way back to us. If you cannot get the item back in it's original bag,, any plastic bag will do)
- Returned within 30 days of receipt
- Accompanied by a completed return/exchange form

If I return my order, how long does it take to receive a refund?
- Once we receive your order, your refund is fully processed in 2-3 business days, however, your credit card company (VISA, MC, etc) can take another 4-7 business days to post it to your account.

If I exchange my order, how long does it take to receive my new order?
- Exchange orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt and depending on your location, shipping and transit time could be up to 6 business days. With this in mind, we estimater you'll receive your exchange order in about 10 business days.

What If I want my exchange order faster?
- We recommend placing a new order today for the items you wish to exchange for, then just return what you have for a refund.

Am I responsible for shipping costs on my exchange order?
- You are responsible for shipping your order back to us for exchange. We recommend the US Postal service for any return under 5 items (lowest cost)
